Der IBC-Mischer wird nicht nur f\u00fcr Lagerung und Transport eingesetzt, sondern auch f\u00fcr alle Arten von Mischprozessen. Dies variiert vom Mischen eines einfachen Produkt bis zur Herstellung eines Endprodukt mit mehreren Zutaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Bezug auf die Mischtechnik ist die IBC jedoch nicht ideal. Ein IBC hat eine ung\u00fcnstige quadratische Form und hat einen kleinen Durchlass in der Mitte, der in der Regel nicht zu einem optimalen Mischeffekt in einem Tank beitr\u00e4gt. Was ist m\u00f6glich und was ist nicht m\u00f6glich?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gronfa hat zwei IBC-R\u00fchrwerke im Programm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. ROTOMIX <\/strong>IBC-Mischer; ein direkt angetriebener Mischer f\u00fcr niedrigviskose Fl\u00fcssigkeiten<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. ROTOKLAP<\/strong> IBC-Mischer: ein Getriebe-Faltr\u00fchrwerk f\u00fcr mittel- bis hochviskose Fl\u00fcssigkeiten<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In Bezug auf die Befestigung sind die IBC-Mischer standardm\u00e4\u00dfig mit einer IBC-Traverse ausgestattet, komplett mit Griffen und Gabelstapler-Taschen. Der IBC-Mischer wird steckerfertig geliefert, auf Wunsch erweitert um einen Frequenzumrichter, einen Wellendichtflansch oder einen Trichter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Es gibt auch M\u00f6glichkeiten, mit einem IBC-Stativ zu arbeiten. Der Mischer wird am Stativ befestigt und mittels Trolley und Winde (oder Pneumatikzylinder) in den IBC gebracht.
