Filling systems for cans and buckets
Gronfa has a large installed base of can-filling equipment. This can be simple and straightforward, directly from an IBC, using gravity and handvalves, to semi-automatic multiple dispense head applications, complete with roller conveyor and controls.
Filling is done in 2 stages: coarse flow and fine flow. Most of our filling equipment is gravimetric, but in some cases flowmeters are used.
Standard options are:
- Fill product thru bunghole, top to bottom (filling with no spill)
- Filling underneath product level (Immersion filling)
- (Semi-automatic) conveyor system (variable in length and positioning)
- Hygienic filling
