With a Rotomix or Rotomaster you can cover a wide area when mixing powders and liquids. For a whole series of processes, however, one more step is necessary, or rather another step: an emulsification or dispersion step.
This step can be achieved with the Gronfa Rotodisp. Due to high shear forces at the location of the rotor / stator, the mixing takes place in such a way that a colloidal solution is created. A fine distribution of the one into the other, which cannot (easily) be separated. The most famous example is the production of mayonnaise.
The Rotodisp is available with a Rotomix SB rotor or, if more shear is required, with a Disprotor. A disprotor has a slotted ring around the rotor for additional shear forces.
